2015/2016 Stellar Book Award: British Columbia's Teen Readers' Choice Award nominees

From this month on until April, BC teens (ages 13-19) will reading, reviewing and discussing their reading at school and public libraries, all with the aim of selecting a winner of the Stellar Book Award. The Stellar Award is British Columbia's Teen Readers' Choice Award.

2014/2015 B.C.'s Stellar Teen Read Book Award: Nominees

From last November to this April, BC teens (ages 13-19) have been reading, reviewing and discussing their reading at school and public libraries, all with the aim of selecting a winner of the Stellar Book Award. The Stellar Award is British Columbia's Teen Readers' Choice Award, and somehow I missed posting the nominees when they came out last year.  As teens are currently voting until July 31, I thought I might as well post this list of nominees, ready for the announcement of the winner in August.

2013 BC Stellar Award winner announced!

With very little fanfare, the winner of the British Columbia's Teen Readers' Choice Award, the Stellar Book Award, was announced (and I only caught wind of it through a BC librarian's tweet on June 13).  BC teen readers of ages 13 to 19 had the opportunity to read, review, and discuss their reading of eleven nominated titles before on-line voting opened in April. 

The winner of  the 2012/2013 Stellar Book Award is

2012/2013 B. C.'s Stellar Award nominees announced

The next reading list for British Columbia's Teen Readers' Choice Award, the Stellar Book Award, is ready.  After the 2011/2012 winner was announced on May 30, 2012,  this short-list of nominees for the 2012/2013 Stellar Book Award was released.  BC teen readers of ages 13 to 19 have the opportunity to read, review, and discuss their reading, making sure to read a minimum of five titles before on-line voting opens in April.
