2013 BC Stellar Award winner announced!

With very little fanfare, the winner of the British Columbia's Teen Readers' Choice Award, the Stellar Book Award, was announced (and I only caught wind of it through a BC librarian's tweet on June 13).  BC teen readers of ages 13 to 19 had the opportunity to read, review, and discuss their reading of eleven nominated titles before on-line voting opened in April.

B.C. Book Prizes' 2012 winners announced

On the evening of May 12, 2012, the winners of this year's BC Book Prizes were announced at the 28th Annual Lieutenant Governor's BC Book Prizes Gala in Vancouver.
